TIPS FOR CHANGING CHURCHES
Don't cut/overhaul any old programs your first 2 years, unless there is mass consensus.
Learn from your last experience.
Don't assume the grass is greener without a little manure.
Primary focus should be to build relationships with EVERYONE for first 24 months.
Bring energy & excitement, but also be an adult.
Don’t burn any bridges and work on building new ones.
Love your kids from where you left but remember they may now have a new guy working with them...let them become his kids.
Pray.
